Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NeelamHussain.pk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays. In case there will be a delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you via Email or Call to inform you of this.

Shipping Charges 

Delivery Charges will be 200 rupees but some products have Free Delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-5 Business Days for shipment in transit for delivery. Although, most orders are delivered within the prescribed time frame, but in rare cases there may be a delay in the delivery of your order because of in-transit hurdles or unforeseeable circumstance which we cannot control because it is not in our hands. We hire different courier services depending on your location to optimise your delivery experience.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NeelamHussain.pk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
