Refund policy

At NeelamHussain.pk, we strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. We aim for our customers 100% satisfaction from their purchase from us. 

We at NeelamHussain.pk, do not offer exchange or return of any of our products. We try hard to maintain updated stocks across our different platforms so that we can provide you the best purchase experience.

We accept exchange if the products are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, wrong products are shipped or products are missing from your order. But provided that the claim is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please send us photo proof of the above mentioned products via email at sales@neelamhussain.pk or WhatsApp - 03213377850 within 7 days of delivery and we will guide you through the process of exchange.

Upon receiving the disputed products, our team will inspect the products to make sure that the claim is genuine. Once it is determined that the claim is genuine, we will notify you of it and initiate the exchange process of the same value which you can use towards your next order. Customer will be responsible for all the to-and-from shipping charges.
